Office pranks

So this is what happens when a co-worker starts an office war with me. It all started when he unplugged the computer Amanda and I were sharing in a training room....the computer that takes forever to boot up. After he made fun of me multiple times for liking Jason Statham, he came in one day to find his desk has been Staham-ized.

and suddenly Clint became a Jason Statham fan too!

His response was to throw some of the Jason Statham photos back on my desk. Lame. Using the materials I already provided. And then one day Amanda and I came in to find our pictures were flip flopped...her's on my desk and mine on her's. So then it was on. We waited a couple of weeks to let Clint think it was all over....and then last night Amanda and I did this...

The sign says "foiled again" with a pic of Jason Statham's face. We wrapped almost everything on his desk in foil. Even his granola bars in his desk drawer. Once again he is struggling to come up with payback.

Last time I was in Bloomington I bought the above shoes. I always have good luck shoe shopping in Bloomington.

I've been making a mental list about of the pros of being single. Here's what I have so far:

• I can travel when and where I want
• If I want macaroni and cheese with a side of Frosted Flakes for dinner I can have it. And yeah I had it.
• More closet space for my shoes
• No fighting over the TV and what shows to watch

There are many more of course but those are just a few. Disadvantages? The only big one I've thought of so far is nobody to go get me a Sprite when I'm sick.

My mom told Caylea she thinks I have a secret boyfriend because I am always working late. I just told Caylea "um no, I have a job. The closest thing I am to dating something is the dogs." Which is ok with me. :)

Sunday night already?

-Where does the weekend go? I've been studying a lot for CPCU and this one is brutal to try to get through, I just have no interest right now. 6 more chapters to make it through the book, then I just have to go through my notecards because I'm pretty sure I'm not processing anything right now.

Lazy

I'm so tired and lazy tonight I couldn't even fight my computer when I was trying to get a picture and it wasn't working. So bullet points it is.

• Saw "This Means War" this past weekend and it was SO funny and cute
• Did a double duty dose of gym classes last night and am feeling it today. But it is a good sore.
• Last night was my first night of doing Zumba in a long time...it was fun doing it with Julie!
• It's been fun looking at things to see and do in D.C. and N.Y. for the fall CPCU trip. It has given me new motivation to study again. Which I really need.
• Watched "Horrible Bosses" on netflix this past weekend for the 2nd time and still made me laugh, a lot.
• It has been a mentally exhausting two weeks.
• Can't wait for a girl's trip with Julie leaving a month from tomorrow!
• Caylea got her first smart phone...she is loving every minute of it.

Happy Tuesday

Ok I guess it is happy Valentine's Day. :) Caylea and I went to get groceries and picked up pizza tonight, then watched New Girl. Caylea and I always work on keeping to our grocery budget when we go shopping. Tonight I started to lose track of what my approximate total was and I started thinking I may be over my limit, I took cash and really didn't want to use my debit card. So I took a few unnecessary items out of the cart and came in $2 under budget. Works for me!

This just cracks me up. At this moment Caylea is singing at the top of her lungs upstairs. She doesn't realize when she has her headphones on that she is so loud I have to turn the TV up!

Fun-ness

Missy and I saw a great show at the Lady A., Darius Rucker, and Thompson Square concert!

Lady A. was good but...

He was my favorite. Julie and I had seen him in Columbia before and he was just as awesome the second time around.

My favorite Russell puppy, Papi! :) He snuggled with me a lot when I was visiting. I love him. A co-worker told me they thought my Facebook album was new dogs I got and named Lady A. and Darius because my first few pics were of Papi. :) Now that I think about it Hootie would be a cute name for a dog! (nobody steal that)

Randoms:

-Jersey Shore makes me laugh so hard.

-Danielle, Michelle and I booked our Colorado flights for June for Sarah's wedding, yay!

-My neck hurts like a son of a gun

-Poor Jazzie is shaking like a leaf right now because it is raining

-But last night both dogs got to share what was left of Caylea's ice cream cone since she couldn't finish it, they were in heaven. They only get ice cream cones on their birthdays so it was a big treat.

-I loved the "what-if" episode of Grey's Anatomy this week, because I am always thinking about what may have been different if I had done this or that.

-Cannot wait to see the new Ryan Reynolds movie, Safehouse.
